I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was much larger than expected for the price. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke, but it was a bit challenging to move a wheelchair around. The service, while friendly and accommodating, could use improvement in customer service at the front desk. The location was convenient and well-lit, providing a sense of safety during my long hospital visits. The dining experience was satisfactory, although more breakfast options would have been appreciated.
